Students in the Jackman Humanities Institute Scholars in Residence program had a hands-on lesson in historic cooking at Fort York's 1826 Officer's Mess kitchen. The students are part of a collaborative program that pairs students from different research backgrounds with a professor for a research project. This group is working with Irina Mihalache, Assistant Professor of Museum Studies at the Faculty information, on research using the Fisher Library's culinary collection.
