A group of undergraduate and graduate Research Assistants and iSchool students have come together to create a for our current exhibition Mixed Messages: Making and Shaping Canadian Culinary Culture. The exhibition, which will run from May 21 to August 31, 2018, will look at some of the voices that have been included and excluded in the creation of culinary culture in Canada. Through the blog, students share their personal experiences working with Canadian culinary materials and assisting with the various components of the exhibition process, from planning and curation, to programming and content creation.
