cultures in Guyana.
It will feature Shereen Simic, Althea Brown, and Alissa Trotz.
Simic, a bakery owner and chef, and Althea Brown, cookbook author and chef, will share stories about Guyanese food cultures in a conversation with Alissa Trotz, Professor of Caribbean Studies and Director of Women and Gender Studies at U of T.
Staples of Guyanese food will be served.
