Collection of works related to independent social and political organizations in Poland beginning in 1976. The collection focuses on works published by the Polish trade union Niezależny Samorządny Związek Zawodowy “Solidarnosc" as well as works in support of or against the organization. The collection also includes works published by the Polish United Workers Party and other related material. Consists of books, pamphlets and periodicals.
