Fisher featured on CTV's App Central

The Fisher Library was featured this week on the CTV/BNN television program App Central. Technology reporter Kris Abel visited the Fisher in the summer to test out the TextGrabber app, which allows a smartphone user to capture a printed text from a magazine, book or document in more than 60 supported languages. He tried the app on several Fisher items, including a Hungarian translation of Margaret Atwood's The Handmaid's Tale and a 15th century manuscript page.
